Hi. I made the redesign of the site in staging and everything is perfect
    https://staging2.trikego.com/

Completing the online launch, I verified a number of frontend issues that need to be resolved
    – the official version is Italian, English and German still to be done –
    https://trikego.com/it/

    1. the initial slider is missing
    2. missing parallax background ersonalizations
    3. missing all videos (as modules, as backgrounds)
    4. missing links in button images
    5. missing all images in gallery https://trikego.com/it/immagini/
    6. MOBILE VERSION DOES NOT WORK BURGER MENU

I cleared the cache and proceeded by doing some verifications, the problem might depend on the 4000 files using the staging subdomain:

    baseos | trikego.com | (Email address hidden if logged out) :~/www/trikego.com/public_html/wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia$ grep -ril “staging2” * |wc -l
    4776

The problem is with the theme and hardcoded links, I contact you to find out how to fix it, the critical issue is urgent, the client should submit the site today… tomorrow. I am in panic_°

Is there an option to replace all these staging subdomains with the actual domain, so that the site loads all resources with the correct domain.
    Thank you. regards. Bruno

I also examined the slider code and noticed that it is loaded from the Enfold theme. That’s why I checked for entries in the theme files that use the staging subdomain and found over 4000 CSS files that use the staging subdomain. How to solve it as soon as possible? The boss is yelling at me.

I am going to try to redo all the staging rollouts to get online. I will update you later. Please do not access the backend, thank you. I will update you later

I wanted to redo the launch operations but there is not enough disk space… are you there to figure out how to fix it?

    #1465515

I mean the problems described, caused by using wrong urls?

    #1465521

the situation was critical: after the staging launch, problems arose that seemed to be attributable to “internal” Enfold files, which maintained the staging links, not updating them correctly. Since the site was not presentable, it will have to be in the next few hours and I imagine you were and are busy solving other problems, I was forced to contact an external technician, who is solving the problems already listed. I write again: everything is in the resolution phase. I will update you in the next few hours. Do not connect to the backend, thanks.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

The images in the gallery are now visible, and as far as I can see, most of the issues listed above no longer exist, such as the missing mobile menu and slider. How did you migrate the site to the live domain?

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

There must be an issue with how you transferred the site. In the future, please make sure to create a restore point before pushing any updates to the live site. If you have more questions, please feel free to open another thread.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
