    Hello,

    An internal .mp4 video is not displaying in a section with a colored background. It just appears white. However, when I visit the video link, I can see it on my site. How can I identify what might be blocking it, considering that it’s an internal site not publicly accessible?

    If I provide all the source code for my website here, will that work for you? Or is it too complicated to work with without visuals?

    Hi,

    If you could share the shortcodes of the page in question then we could try to reproduce the problem on our test sites. You can see shortcodes by activating debug mode under Enfold->Layout Builder->Show advanced options.
