I’m seeing this message in the “Element Preview” panel when editing a Text Block after installing a demo content. The content area is displayed all white, in Visual mode, but in Text mode (or view) I can see the content and all of the formatting code. This behavior occurs in every Text Block on every page of the Demo. I can delete the Text Block, and then put a new one back and type my content, but it’s so time-consuming, because I have to try and format the paragraph all over again. Same behavior in both Chrome and Firefox running on Sonoma 14.5 Any help here?
It seems you are currently adding some HTML markup or other special characters. Once all HTML tags are closed the preview will be available again. If this message persists please check your input for special characters and try to remove them.

What is the current version of the theme? Please make sure that the theme is updated to version 6.0.2, and try temporarily disabling the plugins. If the issue persists, please provide the login details in the private field.

IsmaelThis is a relatively (1 month) new install and I see the theme is version 6.0 and I’m not certain how to update the theme. It seems I need to find my private token.
