    I run http://www.coimbee.com and until some weeks ago everything works fine

    but first I can’t edit: https://coimbee.com/nl/wat-is-lean/

    and now I can’t edit https://coimbee.com/nl/zo-bevorder-je-samenwerking-binnen-teams-en-organisaties/

    any advice?

    The site is using an older version of the theme, 5.7.1. Please update the theme to the latest version, 6.0.2. Let us know if the update resolves the issue with the builder.

    Thanks for the update. I’m seeing a 403 forbidden error being returned from the server on the file in private. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider and check why that is please?

    Hi,

    Yes, 403 forbidden error on the file that I sent in private. That means that the server is not allowing the action.

    Hi,

    Please see this screenshot: https://snipboard.io/TDqrS4.jpg. You can see both the 403 (forbidden by the server) and the error message that Ismael mentioned earlier in there. You can see the errors by opening the developer tools in your browser. Please try reaching out to your hosting provider and ask why the server is returning the 403 error, then we can take it from there.
