We are creating a new site.
Problems arise when a page contains a lot of images and is long.
When I Edit the page and click update,
“Update failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.”
message appears at the top of the page. I can’t edit the page.
Please check it.
I have one more question. Are there any restrictions on the size of the page I can create if I do not enter a purchase code?July 20, 2024 at 10:54 am #1462539Hey dsyoon99,
I tried logging into your site, but there is a 403 forbidden message. Do you have any country/IP restrictions on the login page? If so, then please whitelist the countries in private.
Best regards,
RikardJuly 20, 2024 at 1:13 pm #1462546Access blocking has been lifted. Please connect again.
July 20, 2024 at 8:36 pm #1462573Hi,
There is no limit to the page size, but unfortunately access is still blocked.
Have you tried to disable all of your plugins, this could be a plugin conflict.Best regards,
MikeJuly 24, 2024 at 4:58 pm #1462868The directory set to block overseas access has been deleted.
You will now be able to access your administrator account.
When I add content to the page and save it, an error occurs.
Please check.July 24, 2024 at 8:15 pm #1462895Hi,

RikardAugust 30, 2024 at 8:15 am #1465722Hi
Sorry for the late reply.
You asked for a real case, so here’s the answer.
Please check the problem.sample URL : http://kcern.org/book/
error message : korean “업데이트 실패. 응답이 유효한 JSON 응답이 아닙니다.”When I enter additional bolcks for new books after the “Digital Power 2021” block at the very end of http://kcern.org/book/, the update does not work and a message in Korean appears at the top of the page saying “Update failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.”
I can no longer configure the page. I can’t create a page with long content.
The link to the page I sent you now is for testing purposes only. You can modify it as you wish. Please help me.August 30, 2024 at 4:00 pm #1465801Hi,
Thanks for that. What happens if you update the theme to the latest version (6.0.3)? Also, your site seems to be missing an SSL certificate. Please try installing one and change your site URL and location to https on the page in private.
Best regards,
RikardSeptember 4, 2024 at 1:58 am #1466168Thank you The theme has been updated to the latest version (6.0.4). The problem I mentioned has not been resolved..
Where can I get an SSL certificate?
Is it installed along with the theme? Do I need to pay for the hosting service?September 4, 2024 at 8:44 am #1466186Hi,
Thank you for the update.
Regarding the SSL certificate, you have to ask your hosting provider about it. However, if you have full access to the server, you can install your own Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate using Certbot.

Would you mind providing a short clip or a screenshot of the issue, or the steps that we need to take in order to reproduce it?

IsmaelSeptember 4, 2024 at 3:46 pm #1466218Can you explain how the issue of page updates not working is related to SSL?
Does every site using the Enfold theme need to have SSL applied?
I’ve been using Enfold for over 10 years, but in recent years, I’ve been experiencing this issue. I’d like to know what might be causing it.
Best regards,
ds yoonSeptember 5, 2024 at 4:38 am #1466270Hi,
Thank you for the update.
No, it is not required by Enfold, but it has now become a standard. Some browsers block non-secure HTTP requests, which could lead to mixed content issues and prevent scripts and other resources from functioning correctly.
How can we reproduce the issue? We tried editing a page and updating it, and it seems to work as expected.
Best regards,
Ismael -
