Hello,
We have a block on our home page to highlight our partners. However, this block displays our various customers, who are highlighted on a block above.Why aren’t the images of our partners’ logos displayed and are replaced by those of our customers?

I’m not sure that I fully understand the problem you are having. Please post a link to where we can see it, and try to explain what is happening a bit further.

In that main page :
– the block “Ils nous font confiance” refers to partial https://www.steel-blue.ch/partials/partial-ils-nous-font-confiance/
– the block “Partenaires” refers to partial https://www.steel-blue.ch/partials/partial-partenaires/However, “Partenaires” displays the other block. If you go to partial “Parternaires”, edit and save it, then the block displays the right partial… but the first partial then displays the “Parternaires” info !

Thanks for that. What happens if you enable debug mode under Enfold->Layout Builder->Show advanced options, then copy the shortcodes which will appear under the regular layout window to new pages?

Sorry, but it was unclear what you expected. Which new page shall we produce and for what purpose ?
In the meantime, we’ve figured out we should use the Peronalized layout component to display the banner. the change has been made throughout the whole site, with a lot of hope. Unfortunately, this did not change anything.
We’ve created new partials, considering the existing one could be somehow buggy, but this also did not bring the expected results.
Can you please provide details instructions on what should be done to help you understand what’s going on there ?

Thanks for the update. What happens if you create a new page, then paste all the shortcodes from the problem page into the new page and save?

As a matter of fact, we get the same. Please check out https://www.steel-blue.ch/test/. You will figure out that customers still appear in the partners carousel.
As mentioned bfore, in the meantime I’ve also tried to recreate a new carousel based on the Personalied layout component, but it led to the same behaviour.
