Hello,
Some of our images are disappearing from our page, even though they are present on the theme and in WordPress.
Can you tell us what might be causing this and how to fix it?Thank you for your help.

Where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having?

Thanks for that. After logging in then it’s not possible to navigate because of a 2FA popup which requires configuration. Could you turn that off for now please? Also please upgrade the account to have administrator rights.
Best regards,

Thanks for the update. The image looks fine on my end, is there a way of reproducing this problem? Did you try disabling all kinds of cache on the site to see what happens then?
Best regards,

Yes, clearing cache would be one of the first things that you should try. Please do so and keep an eye on the behaviour, we’ll keep this thread open for you.

RikardSeptember 12, 2024 at 10:16 am #1466794Hello, it just happened again. Please have a look at the landing page http://www.steel-blue.ch and figure out the image on the right hand side of the page is missing. Is there anything we can do in order to help you troubleshoot this ?
September 12, 2024 at 11:32 am #1466806Hi,
I’m seeing images loaded from the URL in private, why are they being loaded from that domain? The domain in question doesn’t have an SSL certificate, so they are likely being blocked by the browser for security reasons. Please try to upload the image on your actual domain, and select that image instead.
Best regards,
RikardSeptember 12, 2024 at 6:15 pm #146683534.247.25.235 is the IP address of the server where the web site relies. The question is : why is the image served from that IP and not the domain name ? And why did it come by to normal behaviour without action on our side a few minutes later ?
