Hello Enfold Team,
I use a fullscreen slider on my Home page and want to change the image. Whatever image size and crop I use, it never shows up right. I looked at an old thread from 2015 about image sizes but that doesn’t fix it, either. The same applies to Featured Images. When I insert them into a blog post (classic editor) the images are but a slice of the entire image, regardless of what size my image is. What am I doing wrong? Please help.
Many thanks and warm regards, Lokita
Hey Lokita,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Did you set the Advanced > Slide Animation > Slideshow Image scrolling settings to Parallax or Fixed? If so, it’s normal for the image to be enlarged to create the delayed scrolling effect. On a 2560x1440px screen resolution, the size of the slider is 1440x700px. You can resize the image to the same size or aspect ratio, but please note that parts of the image may still get cut off because of the scroll effect.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi,
Have you tried using the Fullwidth Slider instead of the Fullscreen Slider? The difference is that in the Fullwidth Slider, the container is resized based on the dimensions of the images, while the size of the Fullscreen Slider is based on the browser or viewport size.
Best regards,
Ismael
