Hi,
I have some issues with setting the margins.
On bigger screens the margings are way too big.
I would like to have like 10%-80%-10%.General Layout > Layout > Stretched layout
General Layout > Dimensions
> Maximum Container Width: 100%
> Content | Sidebar Ratio: 80% / 20%
> Content + Sidebar Wirdth: 100%Our homepage i.e. the first Easy Slider etc is ok but the 3 * 1/3 Column Elements leave too much space unused. They are squeezed together and ther.
Also the footer widget content is in line with the same spacing.
Another example is the our insights/blog page. Same problem. It seems like only 50/60% content plus whitespace margins…Can you help getting to the proper view?
July 5, 2024 at 10:37 am #1461432BTW also tried adding specific CSS that I found elsewhere in this forum to the Quick CSS settings but didn’t result into what I wanted.
Cfr. https://kriesi.at/support/topic/how-to-add-margins-or-padding-on-the-left-and-right-sides-of-the-content-only/July 5, 2024 at 3:42 pm #1461446Hi,
Thanks for the login details. The theme settings are not applying for some reason, and the CSS which is applying to the container element is added inline which is not served by the theme. Please try turning off all caching to see if that helps. If not then we can check where the CSS is actually coming from while the cache is turned off.
Best regards,

Varnish is being bypassed. WPRocket can by bypassed by adding ?nowprocket to the URL:

Thank you

July 9, 2024 at 11:51 am #1461687Hi,
Thanks for that. The theme settings apply if the content in Quick CSS is removed, so there is likely some invalid CSS in there. Please try checking your code using a tool like this: https://www.atatus.com/tools/css-lint

RikardJuly 9, 2024 at 5:15 pm #1461707Hi Rikard,
Didn’t discover any syntax issues but anyway activated step by step the CSS tweaks that we need today and it keeps working.
After 9 years the Quick CSS tends become a bit of a trash bin… ;-)Thanks for the reply and support.
Cheers, D
