    May I ask whether this Enfold version(latest) is compatible with earlier versions i.e. Enfold 4.5.1
    If purchased and applied to the site, will it resolve the issues on our WordPress site (critical error) as detailed in yesterday’s earlier post?
    I don’t have/know where to find the API license key for the earlier version so I am happy to purchase the upgrade Enfold 5 version and consider any available support options

    We can’t say for sure why your site is having a critical error, but updating the theme is the first thing you should try. https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/
