    I’m unable to login to your support forum with my email. It says “There is no account with that username or email” under your wp-admin site where it redirects from kriesi.at/support/register.

    That purchase code has been used to register on our support forum yes, maybe it was you since the user name looks similar to your name? Please see private. Do you remember which email you used when registering?
