Hello, today I have to ask support for help. It’s about checkboxes in a form. If the user has selected/confirmed the first checkbox, he will not receive a “Yes” in the confirmation email. The word is missing here. Confirming the second checkbox is mandatory. The confirmation of the second checkbox is in the confirmation email where the “yes” should actually have been. If the user does not confirm the first checkbox, he will correctly receive a “No” in the confirmation email. However, the confirmation for the second checkbox is then completely missing.
I have already tested various options and variants of implementation, so I have now reached my limits.

Thank you for your patience, are you using any customization for the form?
I created a form like your to test with and it seems to work correctly but the check boxes have the word True
but yours says confirmed (bestätigt)
if you do have a customization, try disabling it or try disabling your plugins to ensure there is not a conflict. You can try my test page and see that it works correctly.
I see that if the first check box is not used you get a No and the second checkbox is then completely missing:

If disabling your plugins or customizations doesn’t help please include an admin login in the Private Content area so we can investigate further.Best regards,
