    Hi Rikard

So, unfortunately I still have the problem with removing accordion # URL toggle-id’s. Since I wrote earlier today, I have updated my theme to version 5.7.1, but it didn’t do the trick. I have included my login details in private, so you can have a closer look at my page.

Thank you so much for your help!

    Best regards,
    Maja

    Hey majabhjorth,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

The toggle IDs are required for the Accordion element to function properly. Unfortunately, you cannot remove them without significant modifications to the script and template files. If it is crucial for you to have this implemented, you have the option to hire a freelancer who can assist you with the customization. You can find freelancers who specialize in theme customization by visiting our customization page.

If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to let us know.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael

    Thank you for your reply.

I’ve have had a dialogue with your colleague Rikard in another thread (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/remove-all-accordion-tab-urls-like-toggle-id-1-toggle-id-1-closed/#post-1444906) and according to him, it is possible to remove the toggle IDs without a freelancer to customize the page. He referred to this guide: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/accordion/#custom-tab-and-toggle-ids-for-prettier-url-hashes. Unfortunately it didn’t work, so he offered me to have a closer look at it.

    Best regards,
    Maja

    Hi,

You can replace the default anchors with your own anchors, that is what the guide is for. Please try it out.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard

    Thank you for your reply.

I have added the code snippet, but unfortunately a new field for adding default anchors is not showing in the element options. But I don’t see the field “toggle sorting tags” either, so I don’t know if something is wrong?

    Best regards,
    Maja

    Hi,

Sorry for the confusion. I was not aware of this option. However, when I tried to enable the avia_template_builder_custom_tab_toggle_id, it didn’t work and it seems it’s no longer available. We’ll get back to you once we have more information about this option.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

I’m sorry, this section on our documentation was outdated. We’ve updated it.

You can edit the Custom Tab ID in the Toggle item > Advanced > Developer Settings > For Developers: Custom Tab ID.

Please make sure that the Enfold theme options > Layout Builder > Show Advanced Options > Hide Advanced Layout Builder Developer Options option is not disabled.

    Regards,
    Yigit

    Hi Yigit

Thank you very much! That worked. But – is it at least possible to delete the “closed”-part in the URL, when the toggle is closed?

    Best regards,
    Maja

    Hi,
Unfortunately this is not an option.

    Best regards,
    Mike
