It used to take a long time to load, especially in English, but with my latest update, nothing loads in both languages (English and French). Can you help!?

Thank you for the inquiry.
You might have forgotten to include the site URL in the private field. Please provide the info in the private field. In the meantime, try toggling or temporarily disabling the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings, then purge the cache. Let us know if it changes anything.

When we edited one of the pages and checked the builder, an error was generated by the plugin “PrivateContent”, which might be the reason why the builder is not loading. Have you tried disabling the plugin temporarily?

I disabled all plugin related to “Private Content” and the page is still not loading! So I activate it back because clients use this site regularly!

Thank you for your patience, when I first checked I found that the Advanced Layout Builder (ALB) was not loading on the pages that I tested and was getting the error: /admin-ajax.php 503 (Service Unavailable) I couldn’t tell what was causing this.
But when I disabled all of your plugins your pages loaded quickly and the ALB worked correctly, I set the plugins back to the way I found them.
Try disabling all of your plugins and then reload the page. You should see that this resolves the issue, then reactivate each one individually and reload the page until you find the conflict.Best regards,
MikeMay 21, 2024 at 5:22 pm #1444963Hi! I did found and deactivated the plug-in that created the conflict. So now the Advanced Layout is loading quickly. But it doesn’t save when I want to update a page when I click on the update button. Can you see why?

The builder works and updates correctly when we disable the PrivateContent plugin. We created a test page and kept the plugin disabled. The link is in the private field. Please contact the plugin developers for more information about the issue.
