    Hallo liebes Support-Team,

    ich bin auf ein sehr komisches Problem mit Enfold im Firefox-Browser gestoßen.
    Wenn ich folgende Seite http://www.fischer-planbau.de/profil im Firefox öffne und die Akkordeon-Elemente öffne, dann springt die Seite nach dem 2 oder 3 Öffnen eines Akkordeons an den Anfang der Seite. Auf der Unterseite “Neues” verwenden wir auch ein Akkordeon, hier allerdings ohne Probleme. Manchmal kann man länger die Akkordeon-Elemente öffnen, manchmal springt es direkt beim ersten mal an den Anfang der Seite.
    Getestet wurde es unter macOS und Firefox.

    Auch in den anderen ”großen” Browsern, Chrome, Safari, Edge, Opera tritt dieses Problem NICHT auf. Das Problem existiert nur in Firefox und wir wissen leider nicht woran es liegt und finden auch keine Ursache (Plugins usw.)

    Wie kann dieses Problem behoben werden? Was könnte eine Ursache dafür sein?

    Hey herbstkind,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    This issue with the accordion element has been fixed in the latest version of the theme. Please update to version 5.7.1, then toggle the compression and purge the cache. Let us know if the issue persists.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I already updated to version 5.7.1 yesterday and today I also switched the compression and cleared the cache as you described. Unfortunately, the issue still persists. What else can I try?

    The file compression is still enabled when we checked the site. Did you add any custom scripts? Please provide the login details in the private field so that we can check the issue further.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your patience, I have checked your page with Firefox, and I saw the error after about 14 clicks, but I was not able to reproduce this in any other browser and I found no browser console errors. I believe this may be an error with in the browser, as if it was a theme error it would show in all browsers. I tried to find a work around to stop this such as preventing page scroll on the clicking of the element, but this didn’t work as it seems the scroll behavior is an internal function that occurs even if page scrolling is disabled.

    Hello Mike,

    First of all, thank you for your help.

    I wanted to let you know that I found the solution to the problem. The issue was caused by the background image in the color section. I removed the image, and now everything is working fine.
