    Hello

    We run a website with an old Enfold theme that we need to upgrade, however I don’t know who originally purchased the license. It was done a long time ago probably by a consultant or someone who has left the company.

    Is it possible to recover the license key from the existing installation, of course we don’t want to purchase the license again :)

    Hey Mathias,

    If you can’t access the account which was used to purchase your theme license, then I would advice that you purchase a new license. Otherwise you will have this problem everytime you want to update or access the theme files.
