It looks like the data-av_icon in the shortcode is corrupt, please try to recreate the shortcode and add it to a new “Custom HTML” widget again.
currently it looks like you are using a “text widget” and the “visual tab” in it can corrupt HTML:
this is why the “Custom HTML” is better for HTML

As you suggested, I changed it to a Custom HTML and yet the widgets do not appear. I started with the site in private.
AHHHHH.
Figured it out. The enfold icon numbers are not available any more. Icon ’14’ and ’95’ are gone.
Do you have a list of the icons images and corresponding numbers?
