    When I try to download a demo theme, I get “Download of files for demo Enfold 2017 didn’t work! You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.” Refreshing doesn’t help. Resetting WordPress with WP Reset didn’t help. How can I download the demo themes?

    Note I tried with another theme, and I got the same response.

    I reset the account’s ini files to very high levels,
    I added
    @ini_set( ‘upload_max_size’ , ‘120M’ );
    @ini_set( ‘post_max_size’, ‘120M’);
    @ini_set( ‘max_execution_time’, ‘300’ );
    to the functions.php file.

    I added define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’); to the wp-config.php file.

    Hey awesomecomputersno1,

    Thanks for the login details. I see that the PHP ZipArchive Extension is turned off on your server, please try turning it on to see if that helps.

    I updated the server to add the ZipArchive extension.
    I completed deleted my instance of WordPress on the server, and created a new account. I then reloaded WordPress, and attempted to upload your theme, using the file, re-downloaded your file from ThemeForest, named themeforest-6MRK1zzV-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme-wordpress-theme.zip

    This time, I can’t even upload your theme, let alone the demos.

    When I attempted to upload the theme, I get this error: See screenshot: https://app.screencast.com/OFZPkBBPsyK5d

    That error message is: “The link you followed has expired”

    How can I upload your theme and demos?

    The login details were for FTP or cPanel. WordPress dashboard login details are below.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I got the same message on my end, I’m not sure what the problem could be unfortunately. I’ve uploaded the theme for you via FTP though, please activate it under Appearance in the WordPress menu.
