Manual Demo Import Problem avia_demo_store_downloaded_files does not work

Hello there!
I am trying to import medical demo into OVH hosted WP site with ENFOLD. I am aware of problems with OVH, therefore I attempt to do the manual import. So far I managed to follow the instructions:

I added the following line to functions.php file in Appearance > Editor
add_theme_support( ‘avia_demo_store_downloaded_files’ );
By the way it is not clear where in the function.php the line should be added (beginning, end or in a hook or….). Please make it very clear where to add it.

I download the zip file of the medical demo from https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/tree/master/demos
I extracted it in \uploads\avia_demo_files\medical.

Well, so far so good, however when I go to Enfold theme options > Demo Import I click the medical demo I get a new option (after add_theme_support( ‘avia_demo_store_downloaded_files’ ); has been executed) ‘Download and Install’, which of course starts with a download meaning that it fails before it gets to do the install.

Of course according to the instruction I should expect three (separate options) one for download, one for install (this is the one I want to execute) and delete. Right?

Please help here.
