Redux

Hi there,

We’re planning to sell a WordPress plugin we own, Redux Framework, that is unrelated to our core business. We are working to put together a listing that we plan to make public soon (targeting May 20th). However, I wanted to reach out ahead of time to see if this could be a fit. If you do have serious interest in acquiring Redux, I’d be happy to send over an NDA and share the data room of supporting information we are pulling together.

As a bit of background, Redux has 1,000,000+ active installations on WordPress.org and a total estimated installed base of 3,000,000+ sites. We acquired Redux as a side project when the original developer was leaving the WordPress space, but we haven’t had time to dedicate any resources into it. We decided that the plugin would be better served by an owner who can dedicate time and resources to developing the product and growing revenue.
