    Hello,

    I just received this message in my inbox,

    “We are very sorry but it seems your Theme License has expired on April 2nd, 2019
    In order for you to post support questions you need to enter a new valid themeforest license code

    You can purchase a new license on themeforest or if you purchased one recently simply download it on themeforest

    Your current, expired license key is: 9359b6f8-63ee-43cc-983f-5e4d1c61941b”

    How come this happens? And I believe that my license shouldn’t be expired like this. Please help,

    Hey Trang,

    Your theme license doesn’t expire, but support does. If you need to renew your support period, then please refer to this: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support

    Hi Rikard,

    thanks for getting back to me. I have issue to update the theme, is this really a case for un-expired? I cannot update anything from my WordPress

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    As mentioned above, the theme license doesn’t expire, so you should be able to update the theme. However, you may need to update the theme manually via FTP instead of the dashboard if the installed version doesn’t support automatic updates. Please check the links below for more info:
