Hello, I wanted to post a support question but I am told my license has not been activated snice 2022. I have been paying $33 per month to Envato for many years now so I am not sure why I cannot post a question. Please advise.

Thanks for the update. If you have questions as to what you are paying for, then please reach out to Envato support directly. A theme license is valid for life, so you won’t be paying anything anually for that. Support is only valid for a limited time though, so I’m guessing that is what you have been paying for.
