    Hello,

On our blog, when we add a text box, it no longer renders to allow us to type anything.
There is no place to edit or add text.
    Please advise.

    Hey djsmbd,

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also let us know where and how we can reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

We tried to log in to the site, but the username provided above does not exist. Could you please provide the email address you used to register the account?

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

Thanks for that. The user in the last message doesn’t have admin rights though, are you able to upgrade accounts? If not, then please share FTP login details with us as well, and we’ll try to add a user with code instead.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thanks for that. Please try to temporarily deactivate all plugins to see if that changes anything. If not, then please try to activate the parent theme.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

You might need to deactivate the plugins one by one, or try to rename the plugin folder to something else via FTP. All the plugins will automatically be deactivated if you rename the plugin folder.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thanks for that. Renaming the plugin folder didn’t change anything, and activating the parent had no effect either. I see that your server is reponding with a 500 internal server error though, please see private. We can’t know why that is unfortunately, so I would suggest that you bring this up with your hosting provider.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
