This could be due to the structure of the files inside of the font zip file, please link to the zip you are using so we can test on our demo.Best regards,

MikeMarch 5, 2024 at 12:57 am #1436319Hi Mike,
I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
Please try this link.March 5, 2024 at 9:08 am #1436341Hi,
Thank you for the link.
The zip file contains svg files, which are not recognized by the Iconfont Manager. You need to obtain the zip file from Fontello or Flaticon. If you have a custom svg icon that you wish to convert to an iconfont, you can use the converter on Fontello.com before downloading the zip file.
Please check the documentation for more info: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/icon/#adding-your-own-fontello-or-flaticon-icons-

IsmaelMarch 5, 2024 at 8:38 pm #1436417Hi,
From what I understood, we cannot use icons from Flaticon unless we have a paid account? Because with a free account, we can only download png…We appreciate you being patient with us and giving us the support we need.
Thank you!March 5, 2024 at 11:04 pm #1436424Hi,
It looks like Flaticon doesn’t offer the iconfont format that the theme uses, perhaps it is a paid oprion now I don’t know, Fontello offers th correct format for free and you can convert your SVG icons to the correct iconfont format for free.
Please see this thread for preparing SVG images for fontello and then upload them to fontello:
Best regards,
