the cookie handling and cookie consent function blocks the website, but only on the front page.
On other sites it is workking.
    Thanks for your support!

    Hey ThiloKiefer,
Thank you for the link to your site but I don’t see your cookie bar working on any page, try checking that it is enabled and disable all of your plugins to see if that helps.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,
    thanks for your reply.
The cookie bar is on the bottom of the website. One button “ok” and one button”Mehr erfahren”.
You have to wait a moment till it appears or you have to scroll down.
Please open the website in private mode.
We tested with different people and everyone gets the cookie bar (chrome and edge).
    Please try again.
    Thank you.

    Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, I waited for your “working” site to show the cookie bar but it only showed after I interacted with the page, this is the typically response from a site lazy loading javascript & jQuery, I see that you are using WPRocket, and from past experience know that this plugin can be very aggressive in blocking needed scripts.
Your homepage that the cookie bar is not working on gives this javascript error:
The FetchEvent for /enfold/js/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js resulted in a network error response: an object that was not a Response was passed to respondWith().
so I assume that your WPRocket or another plugin is causing the cookie bar script to not load.
Typically the lazy load option, blocking jQuery migrate and jQuery, and the minifying options in WPRocket cause the most issues, but I have not seen your exact situation before.
So the best approach would be to first disable all of your plugins and Enfold Theme Options ▸ Performance ▸ JS & CSS file merging and compression and ensure to allow jQuery migrate and jQuery in the theme option, to ensure that the issue is not related to a custom script or function in your functions.php, then re-enable your plugins except WPRocket to isolate the issue, then enable WPRocket with all options disabled and enable the options one at a time until you see the error again.
I don’t use WPRocket so I can’t advise about the settings in more detail than above, but I do recall there are quite a few setting and these steps solved similar issues.
    Please give this a try.

    Best regards,
    Mike
