how stupid i cant reply to your email
what if i dont want to log into your websitewow cheers for that
as im not a web developer , i dont know how to change the ftp files
and as my last web developer must have purchased the enfold theme , that means i paid for it though him . makes it my enfold theme
and as ive had no support on this theme as my developer never told me i had to purchase this theme , also ur fee is $59 doesn’t say per year or one off
but is seems like the fee is more of tech support not ba licences fee , just saying
if this theme is still owned by my previous developer , it must be how they are breaking into my website to add plugins and themes and trying to crash my website
and if this is correct makes u just as responsible as them with entering a website they have no reason to be changing the site configuration though your theme
im not talking to the developer as he ripped me off
so
1 who has the control of this theme in my website
2 if its not me it needs changing asap
3 how to change control over to me
4 if i have to pay for this theme , can you tech support help me

1. The person who bought the theme has access to the theme files in their Themeforest account. You can make changes to the theme on your local site though, so it doesn’t have to be the person who bought it.
2. If you want to take complete control of your site, then I would recommend that you purchase theme yourself, or have your developer transfer the license that they bought to you.
3. I guess this ties into the point above.
4. Yes, if you purchase the theme then 6 months of technical support is included. If you should need help after that, then you would have to pay extra for technical support. The theme license is valid for life though.
