    Hi Support,

    ich bekomme, wenn ich das Theme Enfold im WP Dashboard öffne folgende Fehlermeldung 75214096 Es fehlt ein Stylesheet.
    Ich kann das Theme auch nicht unter PHP 8.xx laufen lassen, dann erhalte ich einen Fehler 503.
    Hängt das eventuell zusammen?

    Hi Thomas,

    The first error message is likely caused by uploading the wrong file. Did you try unpacking the file you are trying to use on your local machine? Try uploading the theme file located inside of the file you were trying to upload initially.

    503 error is a server error which is likely not theme related: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Status/503

    Hi,

    I did Not Upload theme files … this error message was suddenly shown. And there is no description which Stylesheet is missing only the number.

    What Can I do?

    Wenn du in das dashboard kommst und unter Design – Themes bist, was siehst du dort?

    Rikard vermutet, dass Sie versucht haben, jene Datei hochzuladen, die über die Downloadoption 1 und nicht 2 zu bekommen ist.
    Ich glaube allerdings, das dies schon beim Upload als Fehler gemeldet wird.
    Für mich hört es sich so an, als hättest du nur das child-theme nicht aber das Elternthema hochgeladen.

    However, I believe that this has already been reported as an error during the upload.
    It sounds to me like you only uploaded the child theme and not the parent theme.

    Hallo Günni007,

    Danke, dass du versuchst mir zu helfen.
    Ich habe nicht versucht irgendwelche Dateien upzuloaden. Es ist auch kein Child Theme installiert. Es hat ja bisher alles funktioniert und das Theme läuft ja auch noch.
    In Design -> Thenes erscheint auf einmal eine Meldung :

    Beschädigte Themes

    Die folgenden Themes sind installiert, aber nicht vollständig.

    Name Beschreibung
    75214096 Es fehlt ein Stylesheet. Löschen

    „75214096 Es fehlt ein Stylesheet“, es ist aber völlig unklar welches Stylesheet fehlt.

    Ich dachte ihr könntet mit der Fehlermeldung etwas anfangen.

    Thanks for the clarification. If Enfold is still active and working as it should, then please try to remove the theme which is called 75214096. If you should need further help, then please post admin WordPress and FTP login details in private.
