Good morning, I have just migrated a wordpress website from another developer. The theme being used is Enfold. I would like to renew the support license but I do not have access to the License certificate or purchase code. Can you please let me know best way to do this?

Transferring licenses between accounts is not possible. You can read more about this on https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/24455030832025-Can-I-transfer-a-license-to-other-Envato-account.
Unfortunately, you’re going to need to create an Envato account and purchase a new Enfold license ( https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990 ). 6 months of support is included when you purchase a license.
