    is there a way for you to see the license information via the website that it is registered for?

    I don’t have license info…..

    I have file manager control of the website on bluehost.com but the dns is already pointing at the godaddy site.

    And I can’t register to a support account with you unless I have a Purchase Code that is with the previous developers who are long gone.

    pls advise.

    Hey Alan,

    We can’t see that unfortunately, but you might have better luck if you reach out to Themeforest/Envato support. If you don’t have access to the account which was used to purchase your theme license, then I would advise to purchase a new license. Otherwise you will have the same problem every time you need to access the theme files, or update the theme.
