    Dear Support Team!

    I imported ‘Landing Page’ Demo. I wanted to customise the conent, but no matter what kind of content i add under the main banner and publish it , after publishing succesfully it disappeares. Strange the publishing works sometimes for a few minutes, but something removes it later, it automatically disappeares. Any tipp how to solve, what cause the problem?
    I added just single full with column one time, next times i tried only with color section and text even the most simple content dont stay there. after it happens even if i reset a page version to a previous, my content is not there, everything is moved to “removed” . Is it Enfold settings, something beacuse i used the demo and layerslider, or my hosting provider? Any suggestions would be welcome!

    Hey arrabonapaletta,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Did you add any HTML tags in the builder? Please make sure that there are no invalid tags in the content and that all tags have been closed properly. Otherwise, they could break the layout of the builder and unintentionally remove content.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    What do you mean by “next section”? Please provide the login credentials in the private field so that we can check the content of the builder.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

    Did you remove the text below the first section? We edited the page, added a few text blocks, and the page seems to be updating correctly. Please make sure that there are no invalid tags in your content to avoid the issue.

    Dear Ismael,

    Thanks I see your changes, correct. They are there, they also look fine for me, no error.
    BUT my concern is: a few sentences to add was working for me too. The automatic disappearence happens when more content is added and the new content is higher than a standard screen. You can youself experince this, just add a litlle bit more content please: add please a few more header with laurem ipsum, and longer copy in the same fields -> I belive after more content you will experince that everything you added will disappear automatically. Publish, step out, check the page, and it wont be there anymore. When you step back to editor it will be disappearing also from there. Pls try and let me know.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Looks like you’ve managed to add more content to the page. To test the issue, we saved the content of the home page as a template and applied it to a newly created private page. We then added a few text blocks with long paragraphs, and we’re not able to reproduce the issue. Please check the link in the private field.
