    Hello!

    We purchased your theme back in 2014, the Envato API Token I listed below. However, the employee who set it up no longer works for us (Paul Terry Trucking) and we’d like to update the theme. The former employee has the login to your site. Is there any way you can reset the login based on the API token I found while looking through our website set up?

    Thanks for reaching out to us. We can’t do this for you unfortunately, but Themeforest/Envato support might be able to. Please try to reach out to their support directly, and provide them with any type of proof of purchase you might have.
