Hallo all together,
we use the menu-link “service” in the Enfold Theme Parallax for the menu item “Leistungen” with an anchor: #Leistungen.
As in the demo the link scrolls to the wrong place.
In the Demo to the revolving headline. In our Website to the bottom of the “color-section” with the described services.
With the „Page scroll to id„ Plugin the result is the same. How can we solve this problem.
Thanks for any response.Regards
HJ
January 10, 2024 at 7:08 am #1429681Hey juiss,
Thank you for the inquiry.
The anchor seems to be scrolling to the correct destination, but it doesn’t appear so because the columns are set to float above the previous section in order to create a parallax effect. To resolve the issue or to make sure that it scrolls above the column, add an empty color section above the current “leistungen” section, and then apply the ID “leistungen” to it. Don’t forget to remove the element ID “leistungen” from the current section.
Best regards,

many thanks for your answer.
I had the same idea yesterday, to add an empty color section above the current “leistungen” section and then apply the ID “leistungen” to it. It doesn´t work. I also removed the element ID “leistungen” from the current section.Actually I again add an empty color section above the current “leistungen” section and then apply the ID “leistungen” to it, so you can see the result on the front-end site of the website (below the link to the website).
Any other idea is welcome.

another result is a space between the “grid-line” on top and the “color-section” below as you can see on the website. But that is not the idea of the parallax, to float above the top section.

On the empty Color Section with an ID of “leistungen”, try to Layout (tab) > Margin and Padding, then check Custom Margins.
In Custom Top And Bottom Margin make sure to uncheck Apply the same value to all?
And finally set Top Margin to -400px (just adjust the value as you see fit).
Hope it helps.Best regards,
