    Hello, I updated the theme and some of my videos will no longer load. There are two that load a black screen with the text “Video Unavailable Watch on Youtube” and one that still works. On this page: https://www.primeperformance.ca/programs/ the top hero banner video does not work, but if you scroll down to the bottom of the page, the bottom video works as it should. There is also a video on the home page that no longer loads as well.

    I tried troubleshooting with different variations in the URL but nothing worked.

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We were able to reproduce the video issue, but we’re not yet sure what is causing it. Have you tried disabling the plugins temporarily? We also noticed that the site is still using an older version of PHP. Please update it to 8.0 or later versions.

    Hi, I disabled all the plugins and also updated the php to version 8 and the issue still persists. Any other ideas?

    Did you disable embedding for this particular video? Please check the link below.

    If you’ve uploaded a video and don’t want to allow others to embed your video on external sites, follow these steps:
    – Sign in to YouTube Studio.
    – From the left menu, select Content.
    – Next to the video you’d like to manage, select Details .
    – From the bottom, select SHOW MORE.
    – Uncheck the box next to “Allow embedding” and SAVE.
