    Hi there,

    I’ve renewed my licence two months ago. Envato market tells me that I’ve 10 months of support left. So all good – so far.

    When I download the license, it delivers the original one (see below).

    Your forum tells me that my license has expired (see messgae below).
    So the two things don’t fit somehow.

    Hey Jürgen,

    Sorry for the problem. Sometimes you have to add your purchase code again in the window which covers the option to start a new thread. I did that for you, and it worked. Please try logging into the support forum again.
