I’m in urgent need of your technical expertise. My developer has left the company for graduate school. She has transferred control to me, the company owner. This is temporary until I’m able to find a replacement.
We urgently need to make website updates before the holidays.
I tried to register a forum account to solicit tech support. However, the issue is that I don’t have access to the purchase code. Is there a workaround for this? Will you please assist me?

The purchase code should be linked to the account that was used to buy the theme. Please request the purchase code from the account owner or ask for the existing forum account information if it is available. What is the issue with the site?
