    Hi,

    I have tried to register to the forum with purchase code: 48bdfa3d-c528-4b3c-bc10-824d30534588

    It says it is already registered to another email address. I think this may be the email address of an old website developer who I no longer have contact with (and don’t know their email address or logins).

    Please can you assist? I have just bought 6 months more support on ThemeForest and want to get support on the forums
