Dear Enfold-Support,
I checked the forum but I could not find any hint.
I have a problem when I try to animate pictures on my page. No animation works fine, set to any animation and the picture disappears (white empty space, since background is white I suppose no picture there). I played around with the lazy load and compress items, without success.
What is my problem? Thanks in advance

Thank you for the inquiry.
Did you install a lazy load or image compression plugin? Please try deactivating the plugin and temporarily disable Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings to see if it helps.
Best regards,

Thanks a lot, I tried every thing to my best knowledge.
1. Imagify deactivated – picture not visible with animation on
2. Wordfence deactivated – picture not visible with animation on
3. WP Rocket secured Modus (no lazy load etc.) – picture not visible with animation on
4. WP Rocket completely deactivated – picture not visible with animation on
5. MyStickyElement deactivated – picture not visible with animation on
6. Enfold Performance CSS & Javascipt options deactivated – picture not visible with animation onAll changes are on additionally. So step 2 is done with step 1 deactivated. After no change I reactivated all setting back. By the way lazy load in WP is deactivated. The animation is left on for testing.
Any other idea?
Thanks
Klaus-PeterOctober 17, 2023 at 6:25 am #1422749Hi,
Thank you for the update and for further testing.
The animation of the images worked when we temporarily deactivated the Imagify, myStickyElements Pro and Simple Custom CSS plugins, so it’s possible that one of the plugins is causing the issue. Please try to deactivate the plugins back, then activate them one at a time to find the cause of the issue, and make sure to purge the cache or deactivate the WP Rocket plugin temporarily while testing.
Best regards,
Ismael -
