    Hey!

    I have noticed an issue in all my pages with a color section with a full image at the background only happening in mobile.

    You can see the issue and the pag in the private content.

    The image does not show in full until you scroll, furthermore it seems to be block, as you can not click anything, nor the menu.

    I do not know that is the issue, could you help me?

    Hey Xiscoj,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Looks like the issue also occurs on desktop view. There’s a slight delay in loading the “avia-merged-styles” file, causing styling issues, including the color section height. Did you install a compression or cache plugin recently?

    Hi Ismael,

    Yes. Recently I made some changes in the optimization as WP-rocket was not compatible with my site. I changed to Litespeed Cache and Perfmatters. It is likely that this is the issue, I have been trying to troubleshoot the different problems that happened but not this one.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

    Is it loading correctly when the plugins are disabled? Please try temporarily disabling the caching plugins, then toggle or turn off the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings. You might have to experiment with the settings to find the combination that suits your installation.

    Hi,

    Well, I have now found that LiteSpeed Cache plugin is creating the issue.

    Could you help me out with the file “avia-merged-styles”? Is this a Css or JS file? I can not find it.

    Hi,

    That is a CSS file. You can turn off file compression under Enfold->Performance. The dynamic_avia folder is located in the WordPress uploads folder.

    Hi Rikard,

    Performance from Enfold is not the issue. It is some kind of conflict with the optimization from Perfmatters or Litespeed cache. I have tried excluding the avia-merged-styles file but did not work.

    So far the only solution I can find is to deactivate both plugins and not applying almost any optimization option, which can not be the solution I suppose. Could you help me a little further, please?

    Hi again,

    I keep checking and independently of what I activate and deactivate the color section with the background image has a problem while loading. It either does not load completely or gets blocked and you have to scroll down to see the page, and once you do it, you fall down the page. :/

    Have you tried disabling the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings completely? You don’t need to enable this option if compression is already enabled in the cache plugin.
