    Hi,
I added the “Image with Hotspot” element to a webpage. I want to create a “Text Box” as a separate element with links. If a user clicks on a link, it will open the corresponding hotspot. Is this possible?

    Example: Open hotspot #2

    Hey Celeranttechnologycorp,
Unfortunately the link you posted to the example thread is not working, I tried searching but didn’t find and suitable results, and nothing comes to mind for this.
Please try linking to the thread again. I assume that you mean that the hotspots are set to show only on click and you have a text block next to it with links, clicking one will open the hotspot.
Would this be the only element on the page at full height, or does the hotspot also need to scroll into position, I would see this as a problem.
Does this also need to work on mobile?
Can you create a test page so wee can see the layout?

    Best regards,
    Mike

Hi, Thank you for your reply. I posted the link in “Private Content”.
    1. There is a row with 2 columns (hotspot image on left | text box on right).
    2. LEFT: You can click on 1 of 6 hotspots in image to reveal it’s text
    3. RIGHT: The text box has 6 links. I want each link to reveal the text on the corresponding hotspot on Left Side Image.

    Hi,
Thanks for the link to your page, I think the solution will need to have the hotspots only show on click, not on hover like it is now. Will that be ok?
I’m thinking that this script could be modified to also allow the right side links to also open the tooltips, please include and admin login so we can try.
What is your plan for mobile devices? Currently below 767px the tooltips are displayed below the image and do not popup, are you going to keep it like this?

    Best regards,
    Mike
