    Hi support team,
    On (see private field) a video is playing in the background of the Fullscreen slider. On mobile devices it is not even downloading, I only see the fallback image. How can we solve this?

    Hey ariane1001,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    This is actually the default behavior on mobile devices. The background video is disabled and will be replaced by the fallback image. If you would like to keep the background video on smaller screens, you might want to consider using the Layer Slider element.

    Tbanks for the reply but it would be so much easier if I could enable the video with CSS or some code in de functions.php. Isn’t that possible?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, this is not possible without significant modification in the theme, and even if we managed to enable the videos, some devices will automatically block it for several reasons such as the speed of internet connection, network restrictions, device compatibility and policies etc. Again, one alternative is to use the Layer Slider element.
