    “We have some issues with the website. Additionally, we have some questions.

    1. What is the cost to remove the link to your website from the footer?
    2. Is there an additional charge for getting and maintaining plugins working?
    3. Can a site map be created to make the pages easier to find on Google?
    Problem

    The website is no longer visible. It states that there is an error message related to Enfold compatibility with PHP versions and WordPress. Can you solve this for us? We have already contacted Cloud86, and they referred us to you.”

    Hey Elske,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    1.) You can remove the default link in the footer by adding the [nolink] placeholder in the Enfold > Footer > Copyright field.

    2.) The single license is lifetime, but to ensure compatibility with the plugins, it’s important to regularly update the theme to the latest version. The current version is 5.6.6.

    3.) You can install plugins like Yoast or Rankmath to automatically create a sitemap.

    The website is no longer visible.

    The website is visible on our end but it is using a very outdated version of the theme, 4.6.5. You have to update to the latest version (5.6.6) as soon as possible.
