    Hi I just purchased your theme and i have these 2 issues
    1. Saving didn’t work! Please reload the page and try again
    2. I cannot register my key.
    I get the following error
    Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

    Purchases could not be accessed
    Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    Following errors occurred:

    Purchases: Your private token is invalid.
    username Your private token is invalid.
    email Your private token is invalid.
    Purchases: A problem occurred accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

    We managed to create and publish a page using the Advance Layout Builder (ALB) without encountering any errors, but we always get a 404 not found error for the wp-admin/admin-ajax.php when we try to save the theme options. Where is the site hosted? Please try to set the installation to debug mode and post the S/FTP details in the private field so that we can trace the errors.

    Regarding the private token, please review the documentation and make sure to check the required permissions.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Have you tried disabling the plugins temporarily? You might need to temporarily deactivate the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings as well, then try to update the page again.

    no, I still have the error and I also get this error when I try to navigate to another page. do I need to change anything on php.ini? what are the requirement settings so the theme can run smoothly? because on a localhost level everything was okay.

    Hi,

    You may need to set your installation to debug mode and enable the error logs in order to properly track the error. Please check the link below:

    Add this code in the wp-config.php file:

    After switching to debug mode, please provide the S/FTP login info in the private field so that we can check the issue further.
