    I just tried to post a support question on the Enfold forum. I received a notice that my license expired on August 12, and a request that I enter a new license key. Looking at my Code Canyon downloads page, I read “You have 6 months of support remaining”, with an expiry date of 11 February 2024. I’m confused. Can you help me sort this out?

    Hey Lance,

    You can find your theme licenses on Themeforest, not Code Canyon. Maybe you checked the wrong purchase? If you post your purchase code here in private, then we can check if it’s valid for you.

    The link you sent me works. Earlier today, when I clicked the “Can’t find a solution to your problem? Open a new thread” bar at the top of the forum, I was shown this popup message:

    So is the link in your message a permanent fix, so that I don’t encounter this issue again?

    Also, why does it say that my license has expired? I don’t see any indication on the Themeforest site that the license has an expiry date. Does it?

    Hi Lance,

    I’m not sure exactly why you got that message unfortunately, but sometimes things take time to reflect into our system. If the link Ismael sent is working, then the regular way of starting a new thread should work as well. If it’s not, then please try using a different browser, or a private browser window.

    Could I just get a clarification: I have a license for Enfold for one website, purchased from Themeforest/Evanto Market 2018-12-15. Does that license expire after a certain date?

    Hi,

    No, a theme license is valid for life. What does expire is access to support, that is valid for 6 months with a regular license. After that it needs to be extended, if you should still need access to the support forum.
