Hello the client’s website is https://herdinstitute.com/

The logo was appearing stretched like it is on this Google link. https://www.google.com/search?q=the+herd+institute&rlz=1C1GCEA_enUS932US932&tbm=isch&source=lnms&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiV2LXszLuAAxWEj2oFHQ4ID9sQ_AUoA3oECAIQBQ&biw=1536&bih=754&dpr=1.25#imgrc=LgwLyd2KHIDlzM

I changed the page header to be transparent header so that the image does not appear stretched. If I change it to any other setting then it goes back to the stretched logo. Can you please help me resolve this?

Hey Maggie,
When I check the source link to your logo it looks like it is coming from a CDN (cloudinary.com) and not your site and the image served is stretched. See the link below and open in a new tab.
Is this the url in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ Header ▸ Transparency Options ▸ Transparency Logo?

If it is change it to the second link below that is a direct link to your image, paste this second url into the field and do not click upload click save all settings instead.

If your link is already the correct second link, then your CDN (cloudinary.com) plugin is scaling the image to a stretched one, find and disable this plugin, or ask the plugin author how to set it to use the correct image, or exclude this image from the CDN so the correct image is shown.

Hello Mike,
Thank you for your update. I changed that link and when I made the headers have a sticky menu; it shows up as a stretched image. If you log in and go to Enfold Header menu * then select the sticky menu and save, you see that the logo then becomes stretched again.
Please help.

Hi,
As I understand, you changed the link and it is still stretched, when I check now the image is still coming from your CDN (cloudinary.com), please try disabling this and check again.
