    Hello friends of Kriesi,

I have purchased a new license for a new project of mine, and after importing the official demo of enfold it does not look good on my domain, how can I solve that issue? Did I do something wrong?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hey rng28arg,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

Looks like there is a critical error occurring in the site. To troubleshoot this issue, please try to deactivate the plugins temporarily, set the installation to debug mode and enable the error logs. We will proceed once the steps above are completed.

To learn more about debugging and the error logs, please refer to the documentation below.

    // https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/#example-wp-config-php-for-debugging

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    thank you for your response!

We have already deleted the conflicted plugin, it seems that the demo is not as it looks on the Kriesi website.

Should I uninstall enfold and install it again?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

The demo appears to be displaying correctly now. However, please be aware that certain images in the demo are copyrighted and will not be included in the import process, which may result in some minor differences.

it seems that the demo is not as it looks on the Kriesi website.

Would you mind providing a screenshot of the issue? You can use platforms like Savvyify, Imgur or Dropbox to upload and share the screenshot. Here are the steps to follow:

1.) Visit the website of your chosen platform, such as Savvyify, Imgur or Dropbox.
2.) Locate the option to upload a file or an image.
3.) Select the screenshot file from your computer or device and upload it to the platform.
4.) After the upload is complete, you will be provided with a shareable link or an embed code.
5.) Copy the link or code and include it in your message or response to provide us with the screenshot.

Thank you for taking the time to share the screenshot. It will help us better understand the issue you’re facing and provide appropriate assistance.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Thank you for your response!

I think that the difference is clear, the home page does not even scroll down.

Let me know if you would like to get credential to access to WordPress.

Thanks for your help, this is the demo I want and I need it working perfectly.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. First of all, could you try installing a valid SSL certificate to see if that helps? If not, then please include admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
