Hi I have a problem with my website http://www.creativerso.it in the mobile version I can’t view the uploaded video correctly (https://www.creativerso.it/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/Video-Banner-Mobile.mp4)

I tried both with a full width slide element and with a color section element but without satisfactory results.

Can you help me please? They are the first two layout elements of the home page, the slide is not seen at all, while the color section is badly seen

    Thanks Gianluca from Italy

    Hey Gianluca,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

Please take note that background videos added through the slider or the color section element are disabled by default on mobile devices. To address this, you have two options:

1.) Apply a fallback image, which will be displayed instead of the background video on mobile devices.
2.) Or you can use the Layer Slider element, which offers a background video option that also plays on mobile devices.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Thanks for the quick response but I don’t understand, I used the same technique with a background video in the color section on the http://www.giravoce.com site and it works without problems even on mobile.
    How is it possible?

    Hi,
Thanks for your patience, when I check your site on my Android device your top video of a light bulb works for me, so I assume that you have sorted this out or you are checking on an iPhone and it’s not working there, if that is the case then the issue is with the iPhone which typically blocks background videos on mobile.
I have heard that if you disable the mobile data saving option on the iPhone then the video may work, but since this is set by default your visitors won’t know to disable this and thus won’t see your video, so in this case you should use a fallback image for mobile devices.

    Best regards,
    Mike
