    Dear Support Team,

    I am writing to report a persistent issue I have been facing while attempting to install the demo files for the Enfold Parallax Demo from your agency. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to successfully install any demo files, encountering the same problem every time.

    The specific error I encounter is that the download process fails to initiate, resulting in an unsuccessful completion.Download of files for demo Agency – Enfold Parallax Demo didn’t work!
    This issue persists across all the demos I have tried to install so far, leaving me unable to access the desired files for evaluation and implementation.

    I have followed the recommended troubleshooting steps and attempting the download again, but unfortunately, this has not resolved the issue. The problem appears to be unrelated to a temporary glitch or network interruption, as the problem persists consistently.

    I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and provide me with a solution or further guidance. I have invested considerable time and effort into exploring your agency’s offerings, and I am keen to evaluate the Enfold Parallax Demo as part of my purchase.

    I would appreciate if you could share with me what the problem was because I have two licenses with you, and last night I noticed my other site does the same. :)

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. It looks like the PHP ZipArchive Extension is turned off on your server. Please try activating that, to see if that helps.

    pear/Archive_Zip is already installed and is the same as the released version 0.1.2
    install failed
    It states its not, unfortunately.. still the same error. I tried changing the PHP Version back and forth nothing.
    I used your theme for years, I don’t understand whats different this time.. and it happens on two domains.
    And on the first one it worked for years without an issue

    I actually tried php version zip and pear zip, and its loading something… XD Fingers crossed. Hmmm it installed but with error..
    i didn’t manage to catch it went away…and the theme demo is broken. Can you check now?

    I tried again, it said alright imported worked out for demo agency.
    no problems whatsoever..the page will be reloaded, But no pages,posts anything demo is broken

    Hi,
    Thank you for the link to your site, it looks like you have installed the parallax demo, but the frontpage is set as the Blog
    Enfold_Support_2580.jpeg
    this kept it from showing as your homepage, I have corrected for you.
    Please clear your browser cache and check.

    Hey! I have the same issue, but the solution isn’t working.
    I have set all to “Frontpage” but it don’t work. I get an Error Page.
