    on the website https://hausverwaltung-denhoefer.de/kontakt/ I use the OpenstreetMap. This is displayed correctly, but what is missing is the marker of the place. I have defined it, but it does not appear.

    Can you help me? What do I have to do so that the marker for the specified location is displayed?

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We didn’t find the OpenStreeMap element in the page above. Did you remove it? Please provide a screenshot and create a test page so that we can check the issue properly.

    No, the Openstreetmap is still there, but it is only displayed when all cookies are accepted. (Cookie Banner Complianz > accept all)

    The consent message bar is currently not displaying, and it seems that it is not enabled in the privacy options. Do we have to re-enable it? We are unable to locate the “Cookie Banner Complianz” button.

    Actually, the cookie banner is displayed when you first open the page. Otherwise, there is a white bar at the bottom left that displays the Cookie Banner consent options then. Cookie settings can also be entered via the cookie policy (bottom right).

    Have you found the setting?

    Thanks for the info.

    We are now able to view the map, but there are some script errors appearing in the browser console. Please try to update the theme from version 5.5 to 5.6.3. After the update, make sure to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression option to regenerate the leaflet script. Also, please note that that the latest version (5.6.4) of the theme will be released in the coming days. Let us know if the update resolves the issue for you.

    now today I have updated the ENFOLD theme for the second time, now to the latest version Enfold 5.6.4.
    Unfortunately the marker still does not appear on Openstreetmap. What else can I do now so that this is displayed?

    Hi,
    Thank you for your patience and the link to your site, I found that deactivating your plugin Complianz | GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent solves the issue, but I’m not familiar with this plugin so I’m not sure what option you would need to change in order for your OpenstreetMap marker to show correctly, please check the options to see if you can find the correct setting.

    thanks for the hint with the Complianz plugin. So I contacted wordpress support and learned that it needs an extra PHP script (mu-plugins). (see https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-complianz-openstreetmap/#post-16920412)
    My concern is solved and the thread can be closed
