I have 2 websites that this is happening on. Any ideas on why this is happening. See below for the 2 pages it is on, with 1 working and 1 black box. thanks!

Thank you for the link to your site, I found that you used the YouTube embed link instead of the video element link format
I also see that you are using an old version (5.1.2) that had some issues, please update to v5.6.3.
You may need to install the official Envato plugin to update or manually update.
To manually update your version of Enfold you will need to download the latest installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New
after you choose the zip file and click install, you will see a This theme is already installed message because you are updating, you can continue
then you will see the Theme updated successfully message.

and I tested the video link on my demo site and it works correctly, see link below,
So I thought there was a possible conflict with a plugin, but disabling all of your plugins doesn’t help.

Please try to use FTP or your webhost file manager and delete the Enfold theme at
/wp-content/themes/enfold/
then upload a new theme directory and see if this helps.
Please don’t try to overwrite the theme directory.Best regards,
MikeOk, so it’s not just 1 of my sites, it’s most that the videos don’t work. I’ve tried it on all of these and they don’t work. Something else has to be wrong. Are you saying I need to remove the Enfold from all of these and replace??

Thanks for the feedback, I’m not sure why this is occuring, I thought perhaps during the update an error occurred and left some old files behind, this typically occurs when someone tries to “overwrite” the theme files to update, that is why I asked you to try deleting the theme folder via FTP and upload a new one.
I’m not experiencing the error on my test site, but you seem to have it on a few sites except one, are try all on the same server, do they all use the same plugins?
Have you tried disabling all of your plugins? Are you using a CDN or server caching like object-oriented cache, or are they all using the same PHP version?
It looks like a couple of your sites have some event listeners to defer javascript, stylesheets, & iframes in Scripts/CSS and wp_head hook
perhaps this is blocking the YouTube iframe from loading?Best regards,

I checked your test page and found that the links were in the wrong formathttps://youtu.be/Np7B8Ss25-4so I corrected the format tohttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pJ-FdCDo1Ysand the bottom video showed correctly, then I tested another product video from your channel and it shows correctly, so now only the top product video is not showing. But when I test on my test site both videos work correctly, see the link below.
So it’s odd that two of your videos work, but not the first one, I asked the rest of the team for advice.
