We are having issues with contact forms. Been using Enfold for years and this has never happened. While testing, my email address successfully received the test email but on multiple tests the client’s email address never received any of the test emails. Strange. How is it that the contact form can be delivered to one email address and not the other? There are 6 different contact forms on the site for the various providers and all are experiencing this problem – one listed email recipient is receiving the test email and the other is not. Troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.
Hey Annie,
Typically this occurs when the WordPress install is using the default php mail, so when the email is sent from WordPress it is marked as spam and many SMTP email hosts will delete the email if the domain doesn’t match the sending address.
Try setting up your WordPress to use SMTP with a plugin like WP Mail SMTP
Best regards,
Mike
